We're happy to welcome you into the Center!

Here are some important details about the process:

  • Distribution hours are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Tuesdays from 3 to 5 p.m.
  • You may pick up food once per week and diapers once per month.
  • To prevent overcrowding, we ask that you bring as few members of your household as possible.
  • Check-in for distribution at Door #2. Please bring your current Center Card. If your Center Card is expired or you do not have one, complete an online application before attending OR complete a paper application at your next visit.
  • Holiday closures and winter weather cancellations will continue to be announced on our website and social media pages. Follow us at facebook.com/centerforpeopleinneed or twitter.com/CFPIN.

As the need in our community increases, so do the waiting lines for food and diapers. Here are a few tips to help you avoid waiting:

  • Do not arrive early. There's no difference between the distribution folks receive at the beginning of the day and the end. Arriving early just guarantees you'll have to wait.
  • Consider attending at 10:30 a.m. or later.
  • Don't arrive at the last minute. We close promptly, and there's always a little rush right before the end of distribution. To avoid waiting, or potentially missing distribution, plan to attend at least 30 minutes before close.
  • Avoid Tuesdays, if possible. Tuesdays are our busiest day, and the only time we hold a distribution outside the usual 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. window. If you can attend distribution on another day, please do so.
