Rides for All
Project ALL is a Leadership Lincoln program designed to provide leadership training for those with an interest in serving Lincoln by elevating the voices of under-represented Lincolnites.
After participating in a poverty simulation and riding StarTran buses as part of a monthly seminar, two things became exceedingly clear to our group:
1) Many of our neighbors rely on the city bus system to travel to and from work and school as well as to accomplish daily tasks and
2) Even with reduced rates for low income folks, bus passes are expensive.
To help address this need, Project ALL is partnering with The Center for People in Need (CFPIN) to provide low-income families with free monthly bus passes. $8.00 provides an individual with transportation for an entire month.
Please help us reach our goal of assisting 500 children and families with bus passes. These passes allow our neighbors to go to school, get to work, make appointments, and travel freely in the community they call home.
